2. Data we collect
We collect your name and email address when you subscribe to the newsletter. We also collect browsing data (cookies, IP address, device type) if you allow it through the consent banner.
3. Purpose
We use your data to send the newsletter, measure the reach of our content, answer enquiries and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent (art. 5 of Law 25,326) and on our legitimate interest in operating the site. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Retention
We keep your data while you remain subscribed and for the applicable legal term (up to ten years for accounting records). After that period, data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data, and to object to processing. To exercise them write to legal@nivaristo.com. You may also file a claim with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
7. International transfers
We use providers with servers outside Argentina (email delivery, analytics) covered by contractual clauses and adequate protection levels recognised by the AAIP.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access control, annual audits and storage in ISO 27001 certified infrastructure.
9. Minors
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. We will notify you by email if changes are material and will publish the revision date at the top of the document.
